The Buffalo Bills are excited about the high level of enthusiasm surrounding the Bills and thank all our fans for their support. As part of the community outreach of the Buffalo Bills, players will make non-gratuitous appearances for non-profit organizations, schools and civic functions based on their availability. The following information will explain our procedures and guidelines to assist you with your Appearance Request, specifically as it relates to the Bills potential involvement.
Please keep in mind; appearances cannot be made during mini-camps, training camp (July/August) or during the playoffs. During the season, players are unable to make appearances that are 72 hours prior to a game. Appearance requests during the off-season are limited due to the availability of players residing in Western New York.
All requests for player(s) or staff appearances must be submitted in writing at least 4 - 6 weeks in advance of your event.

Requests will be responded to in writing. Approved appearances will receive a confirmation telephone call from a representative from the Bills prior to the event. As a result of numerous requests each week, the process can be lengthy. Please be patient.

It is highly recommended that your event be not centered on an appearance by a player or staff member, but rather should be approached as a complimentary element to your program. The Bills are unable to fulfill many requests due to scheduling conflicts.
