Important Locations & Information
Elevators Elevators are reserved for disabled, elderly, and appropriately credentialed employees only. Appropriate guests MUST be accompanied by Guest Service representatives or Security personnel on game days. 50 yard-line elevators service the 100-level and 300-level concourses. Club elevators to the upper deck are for emergency or team personnel ONLY.
Emergency Phones Emergency phones are located by sections 104, 107, 111, 114, 116, 119, 122, 132, 136, 138, 307, 313, 316, 329, 332, 335, 338 and at all booths located outside of the stadium. These phones may be used for immediate assistance in the case of an emergency.
Entrances Ralph Wilson Stadium has nine (9) main entry gates. Designated entrances for premium seat ticket holders are located next to Gate 2, Gate 4, & Gate 7. Guests with tickets for the Seneca Club are asked to enter the stadium through the formerAdministration building. All entrances at Ralph Wilson Stadium are accessible for guests with disabilities. All event tickets are accepted at each of the nine entry gates. Guests who appear to be intoxicated and/or unmanageable will not be permitted into the stadium.
Each guest entering Ralph Wilson Stadium should hold his or her ticket stub throughout the game and be ready to display it to a stadium official to verify a seat location. All fans are encouraged to have photo identification available at all times.
First Aid Emergency medical teams are on call in Ralph Wilson Stadium at all times. If you require medical assistance, please contact the nearest Guest Service Ambassador, Usher, or security personnel, or proceed to the Emergency Medical Services stations located on the outside of the Jim Kelly and Paul Maguire Clubs with entrances near Gate 7 & Gate 2.
Guest Service Booths Guest Service Booths are located in six (6) locations both outside and inside the stadium. These booths can be found outside the stadium between Gate 4 and Gate 5, inside the stadium on the 100-level by sections 101, 112, 123, and 133 and on the 300-level by sections 310 and 334.
Lost and Found On game days, guests may inquire about lost items at any Guest Service Booth. During business hours guests can contact the Bills Ticket Office at 1-877-BB-TICKS to inquire if an item has been recovered. The Bills are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Paging Pages and/or private announcements will not be made at the Stadium by either the PA announcer or on the Mitsubishi Diamondvision video board. Please designate a meeting location should your party become separated.
Telephones Payphones are available for our guests at sections 111 and 131 in the stadium. Payphones are also located by the Media Will Call booth B (by Gate 3), inside of the Main Ticket Office, and the Fieldhouse lobby.
Security Suspicious activity, disruptive guests and guest related problems should be reported to a Guest Service Ambassador, Usher Captain, security staff or the Game Day Fan Hotline at (716) 312-8933 immediately. Security Offices are located on the outer perimeter of the Van Miller and Jim Kelly Clubs closest to Gate 3 and Gate 8.
Stadium Amenities
Automated Teller Machines ATMs are provided by M&T Bank and are located against the stadium wall inside Gate 2 and Gate 7.
Assisted Listening Devices Hearing impaired guests may checkout an Assisted Listening Device (ALD) prior to any event by calling the Bills Ticket Office at 1-877-BB-TICKS or at any Guest Service Booth with a valid driver's license.
Baby Changing Stations Baby changing tables are located in most Men’s and Women’s restrooms at the stadium. Changing table stickers are placed on doors of the corresponding restrooms.
Designated Driver Program The Buffalo Bills, Sportservice and the TEAM Coalition encourage fans to sign up to be Designated Drivers. If you are 21 years of age or older, pledge to not drink alcoholic beverages at a Bills game, and will provide responsible transportation for all members of your group, please stop by a Guest Service Booth to register. Participants register by providing proof of age and filling out the TEAM Coalition registration form. The participant will receive a wristband that identifies him/her as a participant and a coupon for a free Pepsi product - and are also eligible for a complimentary O’Douls.
Disabled Accessibility Wheelchair platforms are located in Row 39 of the 100-level and in some premium seating areas. Wheelchair tickets are required on the platforms. There is NO wheelchair seating available in the 300-level of the Stadium. There is NO storage for wheelchairs. To obtain proper seating for a disabled guest in advance please contact the Bills Guest Service Department at 1-877-BB-TICKS. Seating for individuals with disabilities will be based on availability. Special Needs/Non-wheelchair seating is located in upper rows of the 100-level. Wheelchair ramps to the 100-level may be utilized in either the east end zone under the Red Zone & Goal Line Clubs or the west end zone under the scoreboard.
Family Corner Sections 224, 225, 226 and 227 of the stadium are designated as the Time Warner Cable Family Corner. The Time Warner Cable Family Corner prohibits alcohol and profanity in these sections. These policies will be strictly enforced and violations could result in loss of ticket privileges. Patrons who appear to be intoxicated will be denied entry into the section.
Lost Children & Missing Persons (Bills Buddy) This lost person program is designed for parents or guardians bringing children or individuals to the stadium. Parties are encouraged to register at any Guest Service Booth, with select gate Guest Service Ambassadors, or the Fieldhouse on game days. In the event that parties become separated, identifying wristbands and information help n the reuniting process. In the event you come across a separated party, contact a Guest Service Booth or Supervisor for their additional information.
