Ralph Wilson Stadium Policies and Guidelines

Welcome to Ralph Wilson Stadium! Our goal is to provide an enjoyable environment for all guests. If you need assistance, please do not hesitate to call the Bills Guest Service and Event Management Department prior to your arrival at (716) 648-1800 or contact Stadium personnel on game day. Listed below are some guidelines for your reference. Have a great time at the game!

ADMISSION POLICY
All guests entering the Stadium must have a valid event ticket to gain admission. Only children under the age of two (2) may enter a Bills games free of charge, providing that he/she sits on the lap of a parent or guardian. Guests should retain their ticket stub for Service Representatives to verify proper seat location. Guests are asked to sit only in their own seat, as designated by the ticket, to avoid inconvenience to others. NFL Rules prohibit Pass-out tickets. Re-Entry to the stadium is prohibited.

INTOXICATED FANS MAY BE DENIED ADMISSION TO THE STADIUM.

ALCOHOL POLICY
New York State Law requires that guests to Ralph Wilson Stadium MUST be 21 years of age or older to purchase or consume alcoholic beverages. Bills representatives reserve the right to check for proof of age. There is a maximum of two (2) beers per purchase at all concession stands. All alcohol sales will be discontinued at the end of half-time.

MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THIS AT ANY TIME WITHOUT NOTICE TO GUESTS.

ANNOUNCEMENTS & PAGING
Private announcements and/or pages will not be made at the Stadium by either the PA announcer or on the Jumbotron. Please designate a meeting location should your party be separated.

BANNERS/SIGNS
Banners and signs are permitted generally, but any such item deemed by management to be dangerous, inappropriate, or which obstructs the view for other guests will be removed. Flags or banners that are commercial or offensive in nature or attached to poles are prohibited. Banners or signs may not contain any advertisements or political slogans and may not be placed over any official signage.

CONTAINER POLICY
For the safety of our guests, thermoses, bottles, cans, coolers, ice chests, containers of any kind, or any items deemed to be potentially harmful in any way by Buffalo Bills representatives are prohibited in Ralph Wilson Stadium. Possession of these items may be grounds for ejection from the Stadium.

GATE POLICIES/ITEMS PERMITTED INTO RALPH WILSON STADIUM…

  • For the safety of all guests, thermoses, bottles, cans, coolers, ice chests, alcoholic beverages, or any item deemed to be harmful in any way by Buffalo Bills representatives, are prohibited in Ralph Wilson Stadium.
  • Other items NOT permitted include noisemakers, weapons, strollers, umbrellas, backpacks, duffel bags, animals (with the exception of guide dogs for the disabled), video cameras, or illegal drugs and substances.
  • The following items WILL be permitted into the Stadium: fanny packs, purses, or clear plastic bags that are 12" x 12" x 12" or smaller. Seat cushions, rain ponchos, small handheld radios or TV's, and blankets are permitted. Security searches may be conducted to ensure the safety of the patrons. Guests bringing items should expect delays.
  • "Express Lanes" will be designated at each gate for patrons who DO NOT have any bags with them, including purses. Signage will be provided at the gates directing patrons to "Express" and bag check lines.

The Buffalo Bills will not be able to hold any items for patrons. Guests will be asked to take prohibited items back to their vehicles or dispose of them. The Buffalo Bills are NOT responsible for items left behind, lost, stolen, or damaged. Guests in possession of prohibited items may be ejected and game tickets forfeited.

GUEST BEHAVIOR
Guests of Ralph Wilson Stadium, please be reminded that the Buffalo Bills expect you to do your part to make game days safe and enjoyable for everyone. Entering or throwing objects onto the field, fighting, or otherwise acting in a dangerous, abusive, or profane manner can result in forfeiture of tickets, ejection from the game, arrest and prosecution, and loss of ticket privileges for future games. We appreciate and thank you for your cooperation.

SMOKING POLICY
Erie County Local Law #6 prohibits smoking within the confines of the Stadium including concourses, bathrooms, concession areas, suite and club areas, and all seating areas. Smoking is permitted only between the exterior wall of the Stadium and the outer fence. In addition, smoking areas with televisions are located by sections 101, 121, 123, and 300-level promenades for our guests.

OTHER ADDED PROVISIONS TO NOTE:

  • Gates open 90 minutes prior to kickoff. Guests are encouraged to enter the Stadium early to avoid inconvenience.
  • Parking lots will be open four hours prior to kickoff.
  • No paneled or windowless trucks will be permitted in the Bills general parking or camper lots.
  • Overnight RV parking will still be permitted in approved camper lots, but guests are encouraged not to leave vehicles unattended.
  • The public is reminded that solicitation by any groups or individuals on Stadium grounds is prohibited.

The Buffalo Bills reserve the right to deny admission, eject, or arrest patrons who do not comply with the policies and guidelines of Ralph Wilson Stadium. Game tickets will be forfeited. The Bills reserve the right to alter, change, or interpret policies without notice to fans.
