Why do I have to submit my email address? - An email address is required so that we can notify you of prizes and offer special promotions. The email is for Buffalo Bills use only and will not be shared with a third party except in the case of a chapter president to send out pertinent information about the chapter.

Why do I have to give my address? - Your address will be used to mail prizes, as well as to give you regional Bills information such as a Bills event happening in your area.

What chapters are in my area? - Please use the Bills Backers locator on the Bills Backers homepage. You can search for local chapters by country, state, city, and zip code.

How can I communicate with chapters in away game cities? - Please use the locator on the Bills Backers homepage. You can search for a chapter in any state, city, or zip code that you may be traveling to in order to cheer on the Bills.

How can I update my Bills Backers personal account information? - Login to your account and click on “Edit Personal Info.” Here you can change all your contact information, including your email address.

I am the main contact/President of a chapter, how can I update my Bills Backers chapter information? - Login to your account and click on “Edit Chapter Info.” Here you can either click on “Edit” for editing chapter information (meeting place, contact person’s information, etc.) or “Members” to view the members of your chapter. You can also do this by clicking on the “Change your Chapter Profile” button on the help panel.

Is there a travel company offering away game packages? - Currently the Buffalo Bills do not have an official travel partner for away game accommodations.

How are the fees for my chapter determined? - Bills Backer Chapters are run independently of the Buffalo Bills. Some chapters may charge dues or fees associated with location fees, food, mailings, etc. The Buffalo Bills do not regulate these fees. Please contact Chapter President with any issues or questions.

What is Ticket Deals Network? - The Ticket Deals Network is an exclusive on-line offer from Ticketmaster. TDN gives you access to hundreds of on-line ticket discounts from venues across the country. Click on the link in the Bills Backer area to check out all the great deals.
