How to access Bills Experience
Step 2: Select “MyOneBuf” in the bottom of the Main Menu.
Step 3: Scroll DOWN to “MY GAMEDAY“.
Step 4: Swipe LEFT and select “EXPERIENCES”.
Step 5: SELECT the date of the event you plan to attend (swiping left/right) and browse the available experiences. SELECT the experience you’d like to purchase.
Step 6: Review the details and requirements carefully. Click “CHECKOUT”.
Step 7: Review your order, enter payment information and click “Purchase Now”.
Step 8:Present your virtual credential to redeem your experience at the instructed location with a member of the Bills Staff.
Experiences are available for purchase for ALL Bills home games!
*Experiences taking place on game day do not grant admittance into New Era Field. A game ticket is required. Purchases expire at the end of the 2016-2017 season. Inventory is limited and sold on a first-come, first-served basis once released. Prices are subject to change.
· How can I participate in Bills Experience?
Start by downloading the Bills official mobile app, “Bills Mobile” or “MyOneBuffalo” in either the Apple App Store, or Google Play. Navigate to the “Bills Experience” tab and enter the required information.
· I don't have a smartphone. Can I still take part in Bills Experience?
The Bills Experience program is 100% mobile. You need a smartphone to be able to access the program features.
· I purchased an experience. How do I redeem my experience?
Each item comes with different instructions. Refer to the item details in the app or in your email receipt for more information of how to claim your experience.
· Can I purchase multiple experiences for one game?
Yes, there is no limit to the number of experiences you may purchase for a given game.
· I purchased an experience, but cannot make it to the game.
Please make sure to only redeem experiences that you can attend. If your schedule changes, please email email@example.com immediately.
· I’m a Season Ticket Member, how do I receive my 20% discount?
Log in using the email address associated with your account to receive your 20% discount.
· I secured an experience, but my battery is dying. Help!
No worries! You can also log in to your Bills Experience account on a friend or family member’s phone that is with you at the game. Just be sure to use the exact email address you used to purchase.
