Nominate your teacher for his/her outstanding service to his/her school and community by Friday November 9, 2012!

Five (5) finalists will be selected by a panel of community members and school officials, with the assistance of the Buffalo Bills and M&T Bank staff and will receive:

- Two (2) tickets to attend the December 2^nd Buffalo Bills home game at Ralph Wilson Stadium.
- Two (2) tickets per each finalist’s nominator to attend the December 2^nd Buffalo Bills home game at Ralph Wilson Stadium.
- In-game recognition on the video board
- An official Buffalo Bills game ball

One winner out of the finalists will be chosen at the December 2^nd game and will receive an in-class visit from a current Buffalo Bills team member along with a $1,000 grant for his or her school.

Honorees will be chosen based on the following guidelines:

- Amount of involvement in the school or community (volunteering, coaching, etc)
- Degree of positive impact on the school or community
- Demonstrated commitment to education and the school or community
