1. White’s big week!

    On top of having his first career interception and being named NFL defensive rookie of the month, White still somehow managed to make time to give back to his hometown supporters in Shreveport, Louisiana. After speaking with his mother at the beginning of the season, White coordinated ways to pay it forward to all those that have supported him throughout the years. This past weekend, despite being unable to attend himself due to his upcoming game, White gave back to his community in a big way. White provided two hundred children from his alma mater Green Oaks High School with brand new shoes. This is just the first of many events that White has planned to give back to a community that has offered him unconditional support.

     2.  Matthews on a Mission

    Aside from his position as wide receiver for the Bills, Matthews is an active philanthropist. He set up a foundation, Matthews Mission, that aims to feed, empower and educate children and families in need. The organization’s latest mission was helping BPS 301 Burgard High School in Buffalo, New York. While there, Matthews met and inspired young student athletes.

     3.  Wild ’N Out Guest: LeSean McCoy

    Last Thursday, Buffalo Bills running back LeSean McCoy guest starred on MTV’s Wild ‘N Out. In the episode, McCoy showcased some of his off the field talents, including freestyle rapping. See who won the battle here.

    4.  Yarbrough shares his first NFL sack experience

    Buffalo Bills defensive end Eddie Yarbrough was featured on CBS sports KFBC radio this past week. While on air, Yarbrough discussed how it felt to get his first sack as a NFL player, an inside look at the Bills defense and what it felt like to get the call to play for the Bills.  

    “I knew for a long time what I wanted to be when I grew up, stated Yarbrough, “I feel really blessed for the opportunity to line up on Sundays and do what I love.”

     5.  Celebrating with family

    There is no one defensive end Ryan Davis would rather celebrate a Bills win with than his daughter. Davis shared a video of his daughter dancing, following the Bills vs. Broncos game on Sunday.

    6. Taylor and Alexander supporting youth

    As part of the Buffalo Bills Player and Coach Community Season Ticket Donation Program, Tyrod Taylor and Lorenzo Alexander hosted two groups at New Era Field for Sunday’s game against the Denver Broncos. Quarterback Tyrod Taylor invited the Niagara Falls Housing Authority STYA Program, which helps youth to successfully transition into adulthood. Linebacker Lorenzo Alexander a group of special guests from his ACES Foundation. The organization aims to support youth through sports, education and community.
