The final phase of the 2014 offseason program begins Wednesday morning at One Bills Drive.

With the first two phases of the Bills voluntary offseason program already in the books, Buffalo will begin Phase Three Wednesday morning at One Bills Drive.

Per the Collective Bargaining Agreement, teams may conduct a total of 10 days of organized team practice activity, or OTAs, during Phase Three. No live contact is permitted, but 7-on-7, 9-on-7 and 11-on-11 drills are permitted.

It marks the first time in the offseason that team offense versus team defense drills can take place.

OTAs span from late May to mid-June, with a three-day mandatory minicamp closing out the offseason program.
