July 4 in Bills history: Rich Stadium hosts Rolling Stones, Bob Dylan, Grateful Dead

Rich Stadium hosted a trio of Rock & Roll Hall of Famers on July 4 in 1978 and 1986.


July 4, 1978 -- ROLLING STONES PLAY AT RICH STADIUM

The Rolling Stones (Mick Jagger pictured) played before the largest crowd in Rich Stadium history, more than 72,000 fans.

July 4, 1986 -- BOB DYLAN AND THE GRATEFUL DEAD ROCK STADIUM

Bob Dylan and The Grateful Dead highlighted a Fourth of July rock concert at Rich Stadium.
