Marrone did not know the severity of Johnson’s hamstring injury after practice, but he tried to put the injury in perspective knowing the team is still more than a week away from their first preseason game.
“I would say it would be a major concern when we talking about during the season, but right now a veteran player that’s proven himself, we’ll just see what the doctors say,” said Marrone. “It is what it is and we’ll deal with it from there.”
