Johnson is hampered by a groin injury, an all too familiar ailment in the receiver’s career. He sustained the injury after making a reception in last week’s game against Pittsburgh.
The Bills are already without number two receiver
As far as Sunday is concerned however, Buffalo will go into the game with just four healthy receivers.
"Obviously T.J. (Graham) and Marquise (Goodwin) have played quite a bit,” said Marrone. “We have (Chris) Hogan. (Marcus) Easley played last week, and has done a nice job and played in the preseason. We have three tight ends now that have been active. We have two fullbacks that are active and one of them can run well. We have other options to turn to."
Hogan is expected to handle a good deal of the work in the slot, while Easley will help to fill the void out wide knowing Johnson and Woods will be on the inactive list Sunday.
