The Bills injury list has already had some of the bigger names from Buffalo’s roster on it this season and this week will be no different. Buffalo lost starting center ![]()
Top wideout Stevie Johnson sustained a shoulder injury late in Sunday’s loss to the Cowboys, and starting strong safety ![]()
“(Stevie) took a pretty good lick on that shoulder,” said head coach Chan Gailey. “I think it’s kind of a day by day deal with him right now.”
Right after the game head coach Gailey said he thought Johnson would be okay moving forward. He did say however, that after being wrestled to the ground on a play that drew a pass interference call that Johnson said his shoulder felt “tingly.”
The news wasn’t all that different for Wilson, who got a shoulder stinger when assisting on a tackle in the run game on a 1st-and-goal play from the Bills seven-yard line late in the second quarter.
“George has still got some residual soreness from that lick he took on his shoulder and he’s another that I would put in that day to day category,” said Gailey.
