PRO: Signed to Buffalo’s 53-man roster on November 19, 2009 from Green Bay’s practice squad… originally entered the NFL as a second-round (56th overall) draft choice of the Packers in 2008.

2009:

  • At JAX (11/22), Vs. MIA (11/29), Vs. NYJ (12/3),  At KC (12/13), Vs. NE (12/20): Inactive as the 3rd QB…
  • At ATL (12/27): Made first appearance in NFL regular-season game, making his first career start… completed 17 of 29 pass attempts for 146 yards with two interceptions… was the 35th different QB to start for the Bills in franchise history… became the third player in team history to wear No. 4, joining P Rusty Jackson (1978-79) and P John Kidd (1984-89)
  • Vs. IND (1/3): Entered the game in the fourth quarter during the game’s final possession

 

COLLEGE: Finished his career at Louisville as the Big East Conference’s all-time leader in passing yards, throwing for 9,956 yards in three seasons in the conference… led the conference each year from 2005-07 in passing yards… finished second in conference record books with 714 career completions… was the second career passing yards leader in school history with 10,775 yards… led the Cardinals to a 24-9 record… registered 18, 300-yard passing games, setting a Big East record… majored in finance.

 

PERSONAL: Led Trinity (Louisville, KY) to three state championships and was named state finals Most Valuable Player in each of the games… tabbed 2003 USA Today Offensive Player of the Year… finished second in Kentucky state history in career passing yards and career touchdown throws…drafted by the Colorado Rockies in the 2004 MLB Draft… was the fourth Brohm to play football at Louisville, joining father, Oscar (QB), and brothers, Greg (WR) and Jeff (QB).
