PRO: Signed to Bills’ 53-man roster on October 20, 2007… Signed by Bills on June 29, 2007, released following training camp and signed to practice squad on September 2, 2007… Spent the 2007 NFL Europa season with the World Bowl champions Hamburg Sea Devils…caught seven passes for 74 yards and touchdown in the World Bowl victory over the Frankfurt Galaxy…caught 39 receptions (team lead) for 583 yards and two touchdowns…had a league season high on April 28 vs. the Galaxy with seven catches for 136 yards…entered the NFL as an undrafted free agent with the Philadelphia Eagles in 2004…missed the entire 2005 season due to injury…released by the Eagles in 2006...drafted by Hamburg in the 17th round of the 2007 NFL Europa Free Agent Draft.

• At Mia (11/11), saved a punt from going into the end zone; the ball was downed by John Wendling on the two-yard line…Three plays later DE Chris Kelsay sacked Cleo Lemon for a safety.

COLLEGE:  Started 31 games and made at least one catch in 32 of his final 33 games at Mississippi State…finished his career with 139 catches, 1,974 yards and 17 touchdowns…tied for the school record with Eric Moulds for most career touchdowns…the 139 receptions ranks him third in school history and his receiving yardage ranks fourth…was a second-team All-SEC player as a senior after catching 62 passes for 880 yards and nine touchdowns. … Majored in teaching and coaching.

PERSONAL:  An avid bowler, participated in the PBA Pro-Am prior to the Etonic Championships in Buffalo in 2007 … was an All-Metro player at quarterback and All-State at safety at Pearl High School in Mississippi…played through a torn ACL injury during his junior season. … he and wife, Anita, had their first child, Justin Armand Jenkins II, known as “Deuce,” in August 2008.

COMMUNITY: Justin participated in the 2008 Junior Player Development program at Ralph Wilson Stadium.  The free 12-session football clinic for boys and girls ages 12 – 14 included instruction at every skill position and also life skills.  Justin spent time talking with the young people about the role sports and academics has played in his life.  Justin also attends the Annual Buffalo Bills Holiday Party for children. Over 100 children from various community organizations attend this special event in celebration of the holiday season. At the Holiday Party children received a holiday dinner, pictures and autographs, and gifts from a wish list that they had previously submitted.
