Vs. Oak (9-18): Posted one special teams assisted tackle.

Vs. NE (9-25): Saw action on special teams.

At Cin (10-2): Saw action on special teams.

Vs. Phi (10-9): Saw significant action at inside linebacker. Had a career-high three tackles. Delivered a QB hit on Michael Vick that led to an INT-TD by Nick Barnett in the second quarter.

2009: Led the LSU defense and ranked fourth in the SEC with 110 tackles, starting 12-of-13 games… notched 8.5 tackles for a loss, 1.0 sack and one interception… notched at least seven tackles in 11 games, recording 13 stops in three consecutive games… posted seven stops against Penn State in the Capital One Bowl.

2008: Made five starts in 13 games, finishing second on the team with 64 tackles… tallied 4.5 stops for a loss, 0.5 sack, two passes defensed and a forced fumble… set a career-high with 17 tackles vs. Ole Miss, including one stop for a loss… delivered a team-best 10 tackles and one for a loss vs. Alabama… led the Tigers with nine stops vs. Auburn, including two for a loss of 10 yards in first career start… ranked second on the defense with six tackles vs. Georgia Tech in the Chick-fil-A Bowl

2007: Saw action in each of the Tigers’ 14 games, amassing 21 tackles, two stops for a loss, a pair of forced fumbles and a pass break-up… season-best performance came in win over Louisiana Tech with seven tackles and his first career forced fumble… posted 15 special teams tackles
