PRO: Drafted with the 12th pick of the seventh round (222nd overall) in the 2007 draft…the 11th tight end drafted…was one of four Boise St. Broncos drafted…the third player from Boise State drafted by the Bills, the first since LB Gary Gorrell 1976.

2009:

  • Started at NE (9/14), was team’s second-leading receiver with three catches for 41 yards… also played on special teams. 
  • Started vs. TB (9/20) and led the team with six receptions for 62 yards, both career highs … left game with a knee injury.  
  • Placed on Injured Reserve on Sept. 22.

 

2008:

  • Appeared in 16 games, with 12 starts, posting 15 catches for 153 yards and one touchdown
  • Returned to action vs. SEA (9/7), after being placed on injured reserve in Week 10 during the 2007 season

COLLEGE: Four-year starter…named first team All-WAC in ’06… caught a touchdown pass from WR Vinny Perretta on 4th-and-2 in overtime to cut the lead to one against No. 7 Oklahoma in the Fiesta Bowl.  The play set up the winning two-point conversion to preserve an undefeated season. … 2006: Named first-team All-WAC…finished the season fourth on the team in receiving with 21 catches, 204 yards and three touchdowns. … Majored in criminal justice.
