Signed by the Bills on November 22, 2006...was released by the Seattle Seahawks on September 2, 2006, after signing with the club in the 2006 offseason...He was released by the Texans following the 2005 season...signed by the Texans on December 10, 2003...released by the Lions on September 2, 2003 then signed to practice squad the next day...Murphy was originally selected in the seventh round (253rd overall) by the Lions in the 2002 NFL Draft.
