Only Santana Moss (six, 1997-2000) returned more punts for touchdowns in school history. Senior High School, playing football for coach Earl Tillman…Was the fourth rated prospect in Dade County by the Miami Herald, as well as the tenth-best in the state...Although his team went 7-6 during his senior season, he led them to the District title and the third round of the Class 6A Playoffs...Was perhaps the most explosive running and passing quarterback in Florida during the 2000 season, passing for 2,201 yards and rushing for 613 yards, earning a first-team Class 6A All-State selection in 2000...During his junior season of 1999, he passed for 1,400 yards and 10 touchdowns with just five interceptions while completing 78 of 136 passes...Also rushed 60 times for 600 yards and six touchdowns and had 10 tackles during the 1999 season… has two children, Roscoe Parrish III and Rohanni Parrish.

• Played in all 16 games, with three starts
• Finished with a career-high 35 catches for 352 yards and a touchdown
• Led the NFL in punt return average (16.3 yards/return)
• Posted his second career punt return touchdown on Kickoff Weekend vs. Den. (9/9), a 74-yard run on his first return of the year
• Matched his career-high with six catches at Pit. (9/16) and vs. Dal. (10/8)
• Tallied a 47-yard touchdown reception vs. NE (11/18)
• Posted his first career rushing touchdown on a 24-yard run at Jac. (11/25)

• Finished the season with 32 punt returns for 364 yards (third in club-history) and one touchdown … 11.4 yard punt return average was second in the AFC behind Pacman Jones … had 23 receptions for 320 yards and two receiving touchdowns
• At Mia. (9/17), made first start and had one catch for four yards … had a career day returning punts with five returns for 72 yards, including two returns of 20+ yards (22 & 26)
• vs. NYJ (9/24), finished with a career-high 104 yards on four receptions, including a career-long 51-yard touchdown on the second play of the game … also had two punt returns for eight yards
• at Det. (10/15), had two catches for 48 yards, including a 44-yard touchdown, his second of the season … also had two punt returns for 21 yards before leaving with a hamstring injury
• vs. GB (11/5), had two punt returns for 20 yards, including a 17-yard return, which led to the Bills’ go-ahead score
•  at Hou. (11/19), tallied two punt returns for 12 yards, including a long of 10 yards … snapped streak of five straight games with a 15+ yard return, remains tying Steve Tasker’s (1995) club record
• vs. Jac. (11/26), recorded 82-yard punt return for a touchdown, 18th in club history and first since Nate Clements (11/21/04) … ties 3rd longest PR return by a Bill … also had PR for 22 yards … 104 total PR yards in a game set a new club record, passing Ike Hill’s mark of 98 yards … recorded two receptions for 36 yards on the final drive of the game to set up game winning field goal …named AFC Special Teams Player of the Week at Bal. (12/31), had 50 yards receiving on a career high six catches.

 

2005:
• After missing the first part of the 2005 season due to a wrist injury, Parrish returned in week seven and contributed in the passing game as well as on special teams as a return man...finished the year with 10 games played and one start, posting 15 receptions for 148 yards with a touchdown…also registered 14 punt returns for 186 yards and 10 kickoff returns for 261 yards
• Was inactive the first six games of the season
• Made his NFL debut at Oak. (10/23), returning one punt for 10 yards
• Recorded first NFL rush attempt and pass reception on opening drive at NE (10/30) and posted a reception for 17 yards, recorded two carries, and returned three punts for 33 yards
• Earned first NFL start, but did not record a reception vs. KC (11/13); caught one punt for a fair catch
• Caught two passes for 14 yards at SD (11/20) and led team with 176 kick return yards on six returns; helped Bills set a team record with 239 total kick return yards by posting returns of 41 and 45 yards
• Caught two passes for 17 yards at Mia (12/4) and returned four punts for 34 yards including a 36-yard return that set-up the Bills second touchdown; added one kickoff return for 13 yards; also lined-up at quarterback and completed a three-yard pass to Lee Evans, becoming the first non-QB Bill to complete a pass since Brian Moorman connected with Kevin Thomas on 9/19/04 at Oak
• Caught one pass for five yards vs. NE (12/11) and set a season-long with a 43-yard punt return
• Set a season-high with four receptions at NYJ (1/1/06); caught first career touchdown on three-yard reception in third quarter; also returned two punts for 26 yards…closed season with a seven-game reception streak.

 

COLLEGE: Finished his Miami career with 81 receptions for 1,285 yards (15.9 avg) and 11 touchdowns in 35 games. His 11 scoring grabs were tied for 10th on Miami's all-time record list at the time of his departure. He returned 68 punts for 900 yards (13.2 avg) and three scores. Only Santana Moss (six, 1997-2000) returned more punts for touchdowns in school history. His 900 yards ranked fourth on the Hurricanes' career-record list behind Kevin Williams (939, 1990-92), Eddie Dunn (1153, 1936-38) and Moss (1196). Roscoe also carried 18 times for 178 yards (9.9 avg) and a touchdown. In 2004, his final season at Miami, he started eight games and caught a career-high 43 passes for 693 yards (16.1 avg) and eight touchdowns. His eight scoring grabs rank eighth on the school's season-record list. Roscoe also gained 324 yards on 20 punt returns (16.2 avg) with two touchdowns and carried eight times for 52 yards (6.5 avg). … Majored in general studies.

 

PERSONAL: Son of Regina Conley … attended Miami (Fla.) Senior High School, playing football for coach Earl Tillman…Was the fourth rated prospect in Dade County by the Miami Herald, as well as the tenth-best in the state...Although his team went 7-6 during his senior season, he led them to the District title and the third round of the Class 6A Playoffs...Was perhaps the most explosive running and passing quarterback in Florida during the 2000 season, passing for 2,201 yards and rushing for 613 yards, earning a first-team Class 6A All-State selection in 2000...During his junior season of 1999, he passed for 1,400 yards and 10 touchdowns with just five interceptions while completing 78 of 136 passes...Also rushed 60 times for 600 yards and six touchdowns and had 10 tackles during the 1999 season… has two children, Roscoe Parrish III and Rohanni Parrish.
