Mission Statement

The Buffalo Bills and Ralph Wilson Stadium strive to be the best in the NFL, both on and off the field. Our commitment to exceeding guests' expectations is the result of presenting a safe and clean environment supported by positive interactions with guests.

Expectations

When you attend an event at Ralph Wilson Stadium, you should expect a great deal from this event. Our goals are:

  • Excellent competition: The Bills' goal is to go to and win the Super Bowl.
  • Excellent effort: Bills players are expected to give their best on every play.
  • Excellent customer satisfaction: The Bills and Ralph Wilson Stadium employees will do everything possible to make your day at the stadium the best it can be.
  • A safe and clean stadium.
  • Concessionaires who serve a variety of quality food.
  • Friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient game day staff.
  • Fellow fans who celebrate the Bills and the NFL experience, but who do not interfere with other fans enjoyment of the game.

Fan Behavior

Bills fans help shape the image of the team and the ominous environment for opposing teams playing in our stadium. We encourage our fans to create a high-energy environment in lending support to the team while maintaining a friendly and family oriented atmosphere. Abusive or foul language, fighting, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and will result in immediate ejection without refund. All game day employees work hand in hand at each of our games to ensure your game day experience is a positive one. Have fun, root hard, and show respect for the fans around you - Be Loud. Be Proud. Be Considerate!

The Bills reserve the right to eject any person who violates the Fan Code of Conduct, is found to be in violation of the stadium policies, or whose behavior is unruly or illegal in nature:

  • First time offenders will be ejected from the stadium immediately.
  • Subsequent or severe offenses may result in the loss of season tickets or ticket purchasing privileges.
