The Bills made a roster move on Saturday to add another weapon to their passing game. Buffalo called WR Robert Foster up from the practice squad and released veteran LB Ramon Humber.
Foster was an undrafted rookie who made Buffalo's 53-man roster at the beginning of the season, but had trouble delivering consistent production as a field stretching speed receiver earlier this season.
The rookie had just two receptions for 30 yards in six games. He was released earlier this year and was re-signed to the team's practice squad.
This was Humber's third season with the Bills. He appeared in 38 games for Buffalo over that span.
Edmunds clears protocol
The Bills also announced that rookie linebacker Tremaine Edmunds has cleared concussion protocol and is expected to play against the Jets on Sunday.
