Minimum of one vaccination dose
Must be fully vaccinated. People are considered fully vaccinated: 2 weeks after their second dose in a 2-dose series, such as the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines, or 2 weeks after a single-dose vaccine, such as Johnson & Johnson's vaccine.
Under 12 Vaccine Policy:
• Can enter without vaccination
• Must wear mask at all times
Covid-19 Negative Test Results will NOT be accepted for entry into Highmark Stadium
No exceptions will be made to the vaccine requirement
Guests that are older than 12 and are vaccinated will not need to wear a mask at Highmark Stadium.
Refund policy: All Season Ticket Members will receive an email that outlines specific guidelines to request a refund for the remaining pro-rated amount of your tickets. There will be no refunds for single game purchasers. Single game purchasers that are unable to meet the above requirements can transfer, resell, or donate their tickets.
Deadline to request refunds: The deadline for informing the Bills ticket office of your decision to NOT be vaccinated and ask for a refund is Friday, September 17th at 8:00 PM ET.

Fans must not come to Highmark Stadium if they have COVID-19, any symptoms of COVID-19, or have been exposed to COVID-19. It is important that we keep our team and our fans safe and healthy. If you are feeling sick, stay home.
GAME DAY GUIDELINES:
Where is proof of vaccination required? Prior to entering Highmark Stadium, guests will be asked to present proof of vaccination to Stadium staff. Proof of vaccination will be checked prior to scanning your ticket. There are no exceptions.
Do I need to test if I am not vaccinated? All guests 12 years of age and over must be vaccinated. Negative Test Results will not be accepted as an alternative.
What is the process for entering Highmark Stadium? Guests will be required to have their vaccination verified before they present their tickets for entry into Highmark Stadium.
What happens if I do not have a mobile phone? Please bring your official CDC-issued vaccination card with your name and date of dose(s) including the date the last dose was administered printed on the card.
What happens if I lose my vaccination card? Unless guests can show their CDC-issued vaccination card, Canadian Vaccination Receipt, digital proof of vaccination in the Excelsior or CLEAR or other government issued digital vaccine records, they will not be permitted to enter Highmark Stadium. No photos of vaccination cards will be accepted. If you lost your vaccination card, contact your vaccination provider to access your vaccination record.
Can I show a photo of my vaccination card to gain entry? No. Photos of vaccination cards will not be accepted. Proof of vaccination can be provided in the following ways:
- Physical Vaccination Card
- New York State Excelsior Pass
- CLEAR Digital Vaccine Card
- Canadian Vaccination Receipt
- Digital Vaccine Verification issued by states outside of NYS
PLEASE NOTE THAT FORGERY OF A VACCINATION CARD IS A FELONY AND PUNISHABLE BY LAW.
I only have one dose or am less than 14 days since the last needed dose, how do I prove my vaccine status? You will need to present your physical vaccination card to gain entry to Highmark Stadium.
I am coming from out of state, how can I prove my vaccination status? You will need to show your physical card, CLEAR Digital Vaccine Passport, Canadian Vaccination Receipt, or your respective state government's Digital Vaccine Verification.
Will tailgating be allowed? Yes, please maintain social distancing to ensure the health and safety of fellow guests.
What happens if I do not want to get vaccinated?
• Season Ticket Members: All Season Ticket Members will receive an email that outlines specific guidelines to request a refund for the remaining pro-rated amount of your tickets. Suites and club seat Season Ticket Members will receive separate communication with specific guidelines pertinent to their account.
• Single Game Buyers: There will be no refunds for single game purchasers. Single game purchasers who are unable to meet the above requirements can transfer, resell, or donate their tickets.
Is there a deadline to receive a refund for tickets or suites for the 2021 season? YES, the deadline for informing the Bills ticket office of your decision to NOT be vaccinated and ask for a refund is Friday, September 17th at 8:00 PM ET.
Assumption of Risk
You must follow all stadium policies, including health and safety policies, and posted instructions while in the stadium and on stadium grounds. An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and those with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable. No precautions can completely eliminate the risk of exposure to COVID-19. By entering the stadium and stadium grounds, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure of COVID-19.
