On Tuesday, March 22, 2022, Bills head coach Sean McDermott and his wife Jamie McDermott visited Oishei Children's Hospital. $700,000 was raised and donated to Oishei Children's Hospital from the sales of the Fisher Price "Let's Go Buffalo, Little People" sets. Due to the support of Bills Mafia, all Wegmans stores sold out of the sets.

Josh Allen + Oishei Children's Hospital unveil the Patricia Allen Pediatric Recovery Wing
On Monday, October 25th, John R. Oishei Children's Hospital unveiled the Patricia Allen Pediatric Recovery Wing in honor of Bills quarterback, Josh Allen's late grandmother. After the Buffalo Bills were victorious over Seattle on November 8th, 2020 Bills fans discovered that Allen played the game after just losing his grandmother, Patricia Allen. In support, Bills Mafia began donating in $17 increments to Oishei Children's Hospital, quickly surpassing milestone amounts within the first week. By the end of 2020, the fund surpassed $1 million. The Patricia Allen Fund was then developed with the input of Josh Allen and his family to provide ongoing support to the pediatric critical care team.
