Donation Requests

The Buffalo Bills are dedicated to supporting our community by prioritizing non-profit organizations that reflect our core pillars including CPR and AED Access, Food Insecurity, Youth Football, Social Justice and NFL Initiatives.

Please note these are not the only causes the Buffalo Bills will support, but these pillars will receive highest priority.

Due to the large volume of requests, the following criteria has been established:

  • All donation and sponsorship requests must be submitted through our online system. Requests submitted via email, phone, mail, or fax will not be accepted.*
  • Organizations must be a 501(c)(3) with a valid tax ID.
  • Requests must be submitted 6 (six) weeks prior to the event date.
  • Organizations must be located within the Bills Home Marketing Area (100-mile radius of Highmark Stadium)
  • Organizations are eligible for one fulfilled donation per calendar year.
  • Due to our direct contributions to charities, the Bills are unable to support third party fundraising. (i.e. walks, booster clubs, etc.)
    • If you are fundraising on behalf of another organization, please have a staff member from that organization complete this request.
  • It is recommended that your event is not centered on the anticipation of a Bills donation item, but should be approached as a complementary element to your event.
  • We do not accept outside merchandise to be autographed.
  • Submission of application does not guarantee a donation item.

*To better serve all of our partners and streamline the distribution process, we kindly ask that all in-kind donation requests for the year be submitted at one time.
