This organization offers eighteen programs caring for families and children from birth through age 21, focusing on behavioral health, as well as community-based, residential, and special education services.

The United Way of Buffalo and Erie County is a great community partner of the NFL and the Buffalo Bills, connecting our players with people and organizations in our community. In 2017, United Way celebrated their centennial anniversary--100 years of working together--and they will continue to connect families, and those who are struggling, to resources that lift them up to ensure a healthy community for the next 100 years.

A My Cause My Cleats Surprise
Dion Dawkins invited Jack Frost, a friend of the Bills through Oishei Children’s Hospital, to decorate his cleats for My Cause My Cleats. What Jack didn’t know is that Dawkins and Josh Allen had some big surprises planned.
2018 Play 60 Game Day Celebration
At the Bills vs. Jaguars game, the team honored local students who participated in the Play 60 and Fitness for Kids Challenges in partnership with the Independent Health Foundation and the Buffalo Niagara American Heart Association, as well as the Fuel Up to 60 program with American Dairy Association North East.

Bills Thanksgiving Blitz 2018
The Buffalo Bills players and coaches donated enough money to purchase 600 meals for families in our community. Meals were packaged and distributed by players, significant others and staff at the Food Bank of WNY.

Each home game Bills' players will select a local organization that enriches our community. This week the players have chosen to recognize Bornhava. Bornhava is an early childhood center for children with developmental disabilities. Established in 1983, Bornhava's intent is to offer a home-like atmosphere where high quality therapeutic and educational interventions are provided for children with special needs from birth to five years of age. Their focus is not only on the specific needs of these children, but also on family involvement and social interaction.
