We strongly recommend the following important tips:

Add your ticket(s) to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet before arriving to Highmark Stadium to avoid slow or weak WiFi or cellular connection.
Make sure you have a full battery charge before you head to the stadium
If you are attending with guests, transfer each person their own ticket in advance

Accessing Your Tickets

Bills Mobile App

Step One

Download and open the Bills Mobile App. Then select 'Tickets' and 'Manage My Tickets'.

Step Two

Select "Sign in to Bills' and sign in using your email address and password.

Step Three

Select the event you are looking to view or manage.

Step Four

Select 'View Ticket'.

Step Five

Save your ticket(s) to your phone's wallet.

Transferring Your Tickets

Step One

When viewing the ticket or parking pass, select 'Transfer'.

Step Two

Select the item(s) you'd like to transfer.

Step Three

Enter your recipient's information and then select 'Transfer Tickets'.

Accepting A Transfer

Step One

Download or open the Bills Mobile App. After selecting the "Tickets" menu, tap "Sign in to Bills". Sign in using your existing Bills Account Manager or Ticketmaster account. If you do not have a Ticketmaster account, select "Sign Up".

Step Two

Once you are signed in, or after you create an account, you will see your pending transfer at the top of the screen. You can accept the offer by tapping "Accept".

Step Three

The ticket transfer is now complete. Please refresh your Bills Account Manager by pulling down from the top of the screen, just below your name.

Selling Your Tickets

Step One

From your app, tap on your event to view your ticket. Tap sell and select the tickets you'd like to list.

Step Two

Next, tell us how much you want to list your tickets for.

Step Three

Last, set your payment methods, tap sell tickets and you're all set.

Donating Your Tickets

Step One

When viewing the ticket or parking pass, select 'More Ticket Actions'.

Step Two

Tap 'Donate'.

Step Three

Select the items you wish to donate.

Step Four

Choose the organization you wish to donate the tickets to and select 'Continue' to confirm the donation. An email confirmation will be sent by the organization you donate to.
