ACCESSING YOUR MOBILE TICKETS

Open or download the Buffalo Bills or My One Buffalo app. Select tickets and account manager to sign in.

Sign in with your Buffalo Bills account manager log in.

Select the event to view your tickets.

We strongly recommend adding the tickets to your Apple Wallet when available. You can also select view barcode to scan your tickets right from the app.

Come prepared! Add your ticket to your Apple Wallet before you arrive.
To reduce fraud and enhance security, your barcode will change every 15 seconds. Due to this feature, screenshots of your mobile ticket, pictures of your barcode, or screen recordings of your barcode will not be valid for entry.

TRANSFERRING YOUR TICKETS

Click transfer and select the ticket(s) you would like to transfer.

Select a transfer method, email or text, and enter the information.

When transferring a ticket, you will receive an email that your tickets have been sent, and a separate email when the recipient has accepted the tickets. Once tickets have been accepted, they are no longer active on your account.

Click on accept tickets in the email.

Sign in to your account or create an account if you do not have one.

Select accept and view your tickets.

You must sign in with the same account your tickets were emailed to. If you are creating a new account, use the same email address that the tickets were sent to.

SELLING YOUR TICKET

Click sell and select the ticket(s) and posting price.

Select the payout method and review your posting.

When selling a ticket, you will receive an email confirming they have been posted for sale and another if the tickets sell or the posting expires. Once tickets have been sold, they are no longer active on your account.

Why is the NFL moving to secure digital Ticketing?

A secure digital or mobile ticket is the safest, most convenient and flexible way to receive and manage tickets while increasing protection against fraud. You’re probably already using your smartphone to attend movies or when you travel, so why not for live events? It’s our effort to make your experience the very best.

Can I print my ticket from home?

No. All tickets are fully digital and only accessible via your mobile device. Your phone is your ticket.

How much does the app cost?

The Bills Mobile app and My One Buffalo app are FREE. There are no costs associated with managing your tickets via the Bills Mobile app, the My One Buffalo app or using Account Manager on your smartphone, including accessing tickets for mobile entry, transferring tickets or selling tickets online.

How do I access my tickets on my smartphone?

You are able to access your tickets on your smartphone through the Bills Mobile app or My One Buffalo app.

Your secure digital ticket has a new barcode that updates every 15 seconds.

Screenshots of this dynamic barcode will NOT get you into the event. It must be a live ticket on your mobile phone.

When should I download my ticket?

We recommend that you download your tickets at least 24 hours before the event. If you have an iPhone, you can store your tickets in your Apple Wallet.

Can I have multiple tickets on a single phone?

Yes; however, it’s much easier to transfer each attendee their individual ticket. Transferring tickets provides:

  • A way for all ticket holders to obtain event updates during an event, if applicable.
  • Accessibility to their seat information at all times.
  • An easy way to enter the venue without having to wait for your friends and family.

What if my entire party isn’t with me when I’m ready to enter?

You can easily transfer each member their ticket individually since each person entering will need a ticket to get in.

Does the person I send the tickets to need to create an account?

If they don’t have an account already they will create upon accepting the ticket transfer.

What if I lose connectivity or can’t connect to my account at New Era Field?

To ensure seamless entry, we highly recommend downloading your tickets to your phone before arriving to the game. If you have an iPhone, you can store your tickets in your Apple Wallet.

What if my phone breaks, dies, or is lost/stolen before I arrive?

Simply come to the box office, present your ID and we’ll print your tickets for you (service fee may apply).
