Accessing Your Tickets

Bills Mobile App

Open or download the Buffalo Bills app. Select tickets at the bottom of your screen.

Select "Manage My Tickets".

Sign in to Buffalo Bills Account Manager.

Step Four

Enter in your email address and password, check "Remember Email" and select "Sign In".

Select the event to view your tickets or parking pass.

Select view barcode or add the ticket to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay.

We strongly recommend adding the tickets to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay. You can also view your barcode to scan your tickets directly from the app.

Screenshots won't get you in! To save your tickets, add them to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay. Or, to share your tickets, transfer them in the app directly to friends or family.

Come prepared! Add your ticket to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay before you arrive.

Transferring Your Tickets

From your app, tap on your event to view your ticket or parking pass, then tap Transfer.

Select the tickets or parking pass you'd like to transfer.

Enter your recipient's information, tap Transfer Tickets and you're all set.

When transferring a ticket or parking pass, you will receive an email that your tickets or pass have been sent, and a separate email when the recipient has accepted the tickets or pass. Once tickets or a parking pass have been accepted, they are no longer active on your account.

Click on accept tickets in the email.

Sign in to your account or create an account if you do not have one.

Select accept and view your tickets.

You must sign in with the same account your tickets were emailed to. If you are creating a new account, use the same email address that the tickets were sent to.

Selling Your Tickets

From your app, tap on your event to view your ticket. Tap sell and select the tickets you'd like to list.

Next, tell us how much you want to list your tickets for.

Last, set your payment methods, tap sell tickets and you're all set.

When selling a ticket, you will receive an email confirming they have been posted for sale and another if the tickets sell or the posting expires. Once tickets have been sold, they are no longer active on your account.
Please note, Parking Passes cannot be resold.

Can I print my ticket from home?

No. All tickets are fully digital and only accessible via your mobile device. Your phone is your ticket.

How much does the app cost?

The Bills Mobile app is FREE. There are no costs associated with managing your tickets via the Bills Mobile app or using Account Manager on your smartphone, including accessing tickets for mobile entry, transferring tickets or selling tickets online.

How do I access my tickets on my smartphone?

You are able to access your tickets on your smartphone through the Bills Mobile app.

Your secure digital ticket has a new barcode that updates every 15 seconds.

Screenshots of this dynamic barcode will NOT get you into the event. It must be a live ticket on your mobile phone.

When should I download my ticket?

We recommend that you download your tickets at least 24 hours before the event. If you have an iPhone, you can store your tickets in your Apple Wallet.

Can I have multiple tickets on a single phone?

Yes; however, it's much easier to transfer each attendee their individual ticket. Transferring tickets provides:

  • A way for all ticket holders to obtain event updates during an event, if applicable.
  • Accessibility to their seat information at all times.
  • An easy way to enter the venue without having to wait for your friends and family.

What if my entire party isn't with me when I'm ready to enter?

You can easily transfer each member their ticket individually since each person entering will need a ticket to get in.

Does the person I send the tickets to need to create an account?

If they don't have an account already they will create upon accepting the ticket transfer.

What if I lose connectivity or can't connect to my account at Highmark Stadium?

To ensure seamless entry, we highly recommend downloading your tickets to your phone before arriving to the game. If you have an iPhone, you can store your tickets in your Apple Wallet.

What if my phone breaks, dies, or is lost/stolen before I arrive?

Simply come to the box office, present your ID and we'll print your tickets for you (service fee may apply).
