Why is the NFL moving to digital Ticketing?

A digital or mobile ticket is the safest, most convenient and flexible way to receive and manage tickets while increasing protection against fraud. You’re probably already using your smartphone to attend movies or when you travel, so why not for live events? It’s our effort to make your experience the very best.

Digital tickets provide:

  • Quick and easy entry to New Era Field using your mobile phone or smart device
  • Instant access to all your season tickets through Account Manager on the My One Buffalo App or at buffalobills.com
  • The ability to manage, send or sell your tickets at any time
  • Reduce risk of lost, stolen, counterfeit or forgotten tickets
  • An easy way to go green by printing less paper

How much does the app cost?

The My One Buffalo app and mobile ticketing are FREE. There are no costs associated with managing your tickets via the My One Buffalo app or using Account Manager on your smartphone, including accessing tickets for mobile entry, forwarding tickets or selling tickets online.

How do I access my tickets on my smartphone?

The easiest way to access your tickets on your smartphone is through the My One Buffalo App. Download the My One Buffalo App from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store

  • Sign in or create a My One Buffalo account if you have not registered
  • Click on the Buffalo Bills logo at the top of the screen
  • Select Bills Account Manager
  • Enter your Bills Account Manager email and password and sign in
  • Select the event for which you wish to view the tickets
  • Swipe to navigate between multiple tickets
  • For iPhone users – Tap Add to Apple Wallet
  • For Android users – Tap to save to phone

Can I print my ticket from home?

No. This year all tickets are fully digital and only accessible via your mobile device. Your phone is your ticket.

What happens if my ticket doesn’t scan properly?

That can usually be solved by turning your screen brightness to the highest setting. If that doesn’t work, your

ticket can be validated by having the ticket taker manually enter your ticket number directly into the scanner.

What if I lose connectivity or can’t connect to my account at New Era Field?

To ensure seamless entry, we highly recommend downloading your tickets to your phone before arriving to the game. If you have an iPhone, you can store your tickets in your Apple Wallet. If you’re an Android user, you can save your tickets to your phone through Google Pay (formerly known as Android Pay).

When should I download my ticket?

We recommend that you download your tickets at least 24 hours before the event.

What if my phone breaks, dies, or is lost/stolen before I arrive?

Simply come to the box office, present your ID and we’ll print your tickets for you.

Can I have multiple tickets on a single phone?

Yes; however, it’s much easier to send each attendee their individual ticket.

What if my entire party isn’t with me when I’m ready to enter?

You can easily send each member their ticket individually since each person entering will need a ticket to get in.

How do I send a ticket?

It’s easy! Follow the steps below:

  • Sign in or create a My One Buffalo account if you have not registered
  • Click on the Buffalo Bills logo at the top of the screen
  • Select Bills Account Manager
  • Enter your Bills Account Manager email and password and sign in
  • Select the event and tickets you want to transfer
  • Click Transfer and the enter the information of the person the tickets will be emailed to
  • The person that the tickets are transferred to will receive and email to accept your ticket transfer
  • Once they have accepted the tickets you will be sent a confirmation email

Does the person I send the tickets to need to create an account?

Yes. If they don’t have one already, they will create one in the acceptance process.
