On February 22, 2026, the Buffalo Bills in partnership with Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment (MLSE) hosted a Future of Football Flag Clinic for Toronto area boys and girls ages 7-14. The clinic, which took place at the MLSE LaunchPad, included appearances by guest coaches Billy Buffalo and Bills Alumni George Wilson.

The Buffalo Bills Youth Football & Programs Department in partnership with Football Ontario, Maple Leaf Sports and Entertainment, Football Toronto, and NFL Canada, host and collaborate on various events throughout the Niagara Falls Region and Greater Toronto Area. Events such as flag football tournaments and camps, coaching clinics, and youth & high school tackle football events and initiatives take place between these organizations each year!
