Sean O'Brien
Manager of Premium Services
Sean was born and raised in Buffalo, NY and joined the Buffalo Bills organization prior to the 2011 season. He graduated from SUNY Cortland with a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education and then received his Master’s in Sport Administration from Canisius College. His favorite player of all-time is Eric Moulds. His favorite moment took place in 2014 when the Pegula’s were introduced as new owners of the Buffalo Bills.

Haley Clark
Account Service Coordinator
Haley joined the organization in 2014 as a Community Relations intern and transitioned to a Premium Service intern after graduating from Mercyhurst University with dual degrees in Spanish and Psychology. After completing her Masters in Sports Administration at Canisius College, Haley joined the Bills full time as an Account Service Coordinator. Haley grew up in a military family and looks forward to the Bills Salute to Service game each season.

Danielle Gaddis
Account Service Coordinator
Danielle joined the Buffalo Bills part-time in the fall of 2013 as a Customer Service Representative and became full-time in 2015. She transitioned to the Account Service team in the summer of 2017. Danielle is originally from Lakewood, NY and graduated from Canisius College. Her favorite memory is traveling “across the pond” with the entire organization for a week-long adventure to London when the Bills played at Wembley Stadium in 2015.

Jessica Laudico
Premium Service Coordinator
Jessica started with the Bills organization during the 2013 season after graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management from Niagara University. Her favorite part of game day is the atmosphere and excitement in the air prior to kickoff.

Zach Richards
Account Service Coordinator
Zach started with Bills organization prior to 2014 Season as a Premium Service Intern. After completing a degree in Sport Management from Niagara University in 2015, he joined the Bills as a Customer Service Coordinator. Zach is now a member of the Account Service Team. His favorite memory since joining the organization is LeSean McCoy’s touchdown in overtime versus the Colts in the famous snow game and seeing the reaction from the fans in attendance.

Stephen Minichiello
Account Service Coordinator
Stephen joined the Buffalo Bills organization during the 2013 season after spending the previous two years in New Jersey. Prior to joining the Bills, he worked as a service consultant for Rutgers University’s athletic department. Stephen graduated from St. Bonaventure University and grew up in Elma, NY. His favorite memories are watching the reaction videos season ticket members sent to him after the team ended the 17-year playoff drought on New Year’s eve of 2017.

Ricky Ferrell
Sr. Ticket Service Account Executive
Ricky joined the Buffalo Bills in 2012. He is originally from Hilton, NY and graduated from St. John Fisher College, home of the Buffalo Bills training camp. Before coming over to the Bills Customer Service Team he spent 7 years working in Minor League Baseball and originally joined the Bills as a Sales Representative. His favorite memories on game day are growing up tailgating with his family and sharing in the passion of Buffalo Bills football with the other 70,000 Bills fans!

Don Sheldon
Account Service Manager
Don joined the Bills as a guest service intern prior to the 2007 season. He graduated from Daniel Webster College in Nashua, NH with Bachelor’s degrees in both Business Management and Sport Management. Don received his Master’s of Business Administration and a Master’s in Sport Administration from Canisius College, where he has been an adjunct professor for over 8 years. His favorite all-time Bills player is Thurman Thomas. Don’s favorite moment at took place in the 2013 home opener when the Buffalo Bills defeated the Carolina Panthers on a last second touchdown pass.
