Thank you, Aaron Williams!

It's the second round of 2011 Draft and the Bills front office decide to take a chance on University of Texas star, Aaron Williams. Over the course of the next six years, Williams' career would have highs and lows. As he played among many Buffalo greats he exceeded expectations impressing Buffalo fans with his athleticism. Unfortunately, major hits leading to injuries led the Bills to release Williams in March of 2017.

Fast forward to Jan. 31, Williams formally retires from football.  In a letter written to Buffalonians all over, Williams shares the story of those hits, his rookie year and more. As he announced his retirement and comes to terms with making the next step, he had some big words for all the Buffalo fans that supported and guided him along the way.

"Buffalo will always be the place where I grew up- where I became a man," wrote Williams in article for The Players' Tribune. "No matter what comes next or where the next chapter of my life takes me, we'll always have that."

Congratulations Aaron!

Though no longer playing football, we know you are still bound for 'wavy' things!

Dancing Shnow Man

Off season? Not for Bills tackle Dion Dawkins. Dawkins is already prepping for next seasons by warming up his dance skills and we can't lie, the shnow man has some moves.  Watch out Tre' White, Dawkins is trying for best dancer on the team.

Hyde in Havana

A good season calls for a relaxing vacation. Safety Micah Hyde took a trip down south for some sunshine and Cuban vibes with his fiancé. Hyde shared a photo of his vacation on Instagram.

From the East Coast to the West Coast: Lorenzo Alexander's give back tour

The Buffalo Bills Walter Payton Man of the Year, linebacker Lorenzo Alexander, doesn't limit his community outreach to just Buffalo. This superstar community guru even makes time to spread the charitable love to his hometown in Oakland, California. For all those Bills fans on the West Coast, the opportunity to meet Alexander and give back while doing so, is right around the corner. Register today to attend his ACES Foundation Celebrity Bowling fundraiser. For more information, or to register click here.

Keep on giving, Lorenzo!

Over the course of the past year, Lorenzo Alexander has spent time mentoring the youth football teams at South Park High School. Taking the time to sit down, speak and share with the players and coaching staff there has been extremely influential in their success as a program. At the end of the football season, Alexander, in typical fashion opted to surprise a deserving individual at South Park High School with a pair of tickets to Super Bowl LII. The lucky recipient was none other than head coach, Tim Delaney.

Delaney, you deserve it and you won't be alone in representing the Bills!

But he stopped by today with something extra special. Surprise Super Bowl LII tickets for Head Coach Tim Delaney!  pic.twitter.com/R5YNNdNJye — Buffalo Bills (@buffalobills) December 19, 2017

Bills Season Ticket Member is going to the Super Bowl!

At the Week 15 game against the Miami Dolphins, one lucky Season Ticket Member got the surprise of a lifetime. Tim McNamara and his family have been Season Ticket Members since the Bills inception in 1960. After years of watching his father, who was heavily involved in Buffalo sports, run the clock on the sidelines, McNamara eventually was given his father's season tickets. Since that day in 1977, McNamara has remained a devote fan. Fast forward a couple decades, McNamara is chosen to be honored for his many years of loyalty among other original Bills Season Ticket Members before the crowd at the Bills vs. Dolphins home game.

Not only was the ceremony the first time he had the privilege to be on the field, but the experience left him surprised by how athletic the players were while they were warming up. As part of the many giveaways that occurred during the Fan Appreciation game, over 100 original Season Ticket Members were honored during a pregame ceremony. Each Season Ticket Member was given a commemorative game ball, with some of the lucky ones winning ultimate prizes such as Super Bowl or Pro Bowl tickets. As a video of Kyle Williams announcing the Super Bowl ticket winner- lucky number 95- played across the scoreboard, McNamara, who just so happens to have a PHD in Math, forgot simple matching.

"It doesn't dawn on me that there is a match here… and then of course now there is tons of people around me and a camera," stated McNamara. "The whole thing was just overwhelming. It was an incredible experience."

At the Super Bowl, McNamara will have the opportunity to participate in several different activities planned exclusively for Season Ticket Members for each of the NFL's 32 teams.
