Parking Code of Conduct
The parking lots at the stadium are for the convenience and enjoyment of all stadium guests. Responsible tailgating is permitted in most parking lots. There is no tailgating allowed in the Administrative Lot, Team Member Lot, Training Center Lot, Tunnel Lot, and Youth Stadium Lot. Oversized vehicles will not be permitted to park in lots designated for passenger vehicles. The Buffalo Bills ask that you please clean your area before entering the stadium to help us with the Bills Blue Team Initiatives and keep your lots safe. We also urge fans to please use plastic cups or aluminum cans and no glass bottles, to help avoid broken glass in your parking and tailgate areas. Please bring trash and recycling bags with you to dispose of your waste and respect those around you. In addition, keep an eye out for the Bills Blue Team patrol which will be roaming parking lots handing out black garbage bags and blue recycling bags to tailgaters. Neatly tied trash bags and recycling bags can be left at your tailgate area or be taken to one of the blue dumpsters located in the parking lot areas. Please keep your lots clean and further show why Bills fans are the best tailgaters in the NFL. Thank you!
Every effort is made to create a fan friendly environment that is safe for all to enjoy. Our valued fans play a large role in this. In order to maintain a safe and fun environment, the Bills ask that all fans follow directions given by all staff including Allpro Parking, Stadium Management, Police and Security Personnel. They are there to assist you and make parking safe and convenient for everyone. If a guest needs immediate assistance or sees a potential problem within their area, please call the Fan Conduct Text Line at (716) 312-8933 or text the word “BILLS” <space> to 69050. In the event of a parking lot emergency please call 9-1-1.
The Erie County Sheriff’s Office, the Orchard Park Police Department, and APEX Security, who is made up of local police from the Western New York area, will continually patrol the lots to ensure that those who do not adhere to the parking guidelines and/or participate in activities that create an unsafe environment will be held responsible. This includes arrest, ejection, and/or having their parking and ticket purchasing privileges revoked. Thank you for your cooperation.
