Bills add offensive lineman to roster

With left guard a position still very much up in the air for the 2009 campaign, Buffalo added another possible option signing veteran Seth McKinney late Thursday.

McKinney (6'3", 310) appeared in 16 games, making three starts during the 2008 season with the Cleveland Browns. In 2007, he made eight starts for Cleveland.

A seven-year veteran, McKinney, 29, began his career with Miami which made him a third-round pick in 2002.

The Texas A&M product offers position versatility for the Bills on the interior of the offensive line.

In his four years with the Dolphins (2002-05) McKinney mainly played the center spot, but served mostly at right guard in his time with the Browns the past two seasons.

McKinney did miss the entire 2006 season on the Dolphins injured reserve list with a left shoulder injury.
