Bills announce 2015 preseason schedule

Orchard Park, NY- The Buffalo Bills today announced their 2015 preseason schedule. Buffalo will host the Carolina Panthers and Pittsburgh Steelers at Ralph Wilson Stadium in Weeks 1 and 3 of the preseason.

Buffalo will open its 2015 preseason schedule when it welcomes Carolina to Ralph Wilson Stadium in Week 1. It will be the fifth preseason game between the Bills and Panthers and the second matchup in as many seasons. Carolina last traveled to Buffalo in the preseason in 1998.

The Bills will travel to Cleveland to take on the Browns on Thursday, August 20 at 8 p.m. in a nationally televised match-up on ESPN. It will mark the 11th time the Bills and Browns will have faced off in preseason play and the first time since 2006. It will also be the second consecutive season in which the Bills play before a nationwide audience during the preseason, after they appeared on NBC in the Hall of Fame Game in 2014.

Buffalo and Pittsburgh will meet for the 11th time in a preseason matchup in Week Three at Ralph Wilson Stadium. The Steelers last played in Buffalo during the preseason in 2012.

The Bills will close out their preseason schedule on the road at the Detroit Lions in Week 4. The two teams will meet for the 14th consecutive year in an exhibition game and for the 35th time in preseason history.
