Bills announce preseason television broadcast team

The Buffalo Bills today announced that veteran broadcasters Andrew Catalon and Rob Stone will debut as the team's play-by-play announcers for the 2015 Bills preseason games.

Stone will call the team's preseason opener against the Carolina Panthers on Friday, August 14 in Ralph Wilson Stadium. Stone is currently the lead studio host for FOX Sports' soccer, college football and college basketball programming.  From 1997-2012, Stone worked for ESPN in a number of different roles including as a college football play-by-play announcer and the lead soccer commentator. Stone is a graduate of Colgate University.

Catalon will call the team's third preseason game vs. Pittsburgh on Saturday, August 29 and fourth preseason game at Detroit on Thursday, September 3. Catalon is entering his sixth season with CBS Sports where he calls play-by-play for the NFL, NCAA basketball, NCAA football, The Masters and US Open Tennis among other sports. Catalon is a graduate of the Newhouse School at Syracuse University and lives in Albany, NY.

Bills Wall of Fame member and NFL on CBS game analyst Steve Tasker will continue to serve as the color analyst for the Bills Television Network. Tasker and Catalon worked on the same broadcast team for CBS during the 2014 NFL season.

The Bills games against the Carolina Panthers (Friday, August 14), the Pittsburgh Steelers (Saturday, August 29) and at the Detroit Lions (Thursday, September 3) will all air live on WKBW in Buffalo and 13 WHAM in Rochester. The Bills at Cleveland Browns game on Thursday, August 20 will air nationally on ESPN.

Fans can also view all preseason games through the NFL Game Pass.
