Bills announce six changes to team's scouting staff


The Buffalo Bills announced the following changes to their scouting staff:

  • Matt Bazirgan has been named Director of College Scouting. He had previously worked as the team's Senior Personnel Executive.
  • Asil Mulbah has been named Assistant Director of Pro Scouting. He previously worked as a Pro Scout.
  • Keith Jennings was named Area Scout after previously working as the team's BLESTO Scout.
  • Darius Vinnett was added to the staff as an Area Scout. He spent the past 11 seasons with the Arizona Cardinals scouting department, most recently as their area scout in the east.
  • RJ Webb, formerly a pro scout, will now work on the college scouting staff and will serve as the team's BLESTO Scout.
  • Vince Magri was added as a Pro Scout after most recently serving as the assistant general manager of the CFL's Toronto Argonauts.
