Bills sign CB Sam Miller

The Bills have signed CB Sam Miller. In accordance with team policy, terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Miller spent time with the Bills earlier this year on a try-out basis during the team's minicamp. The 5-10, 190 pound Florida International product played in nine games in 2013 during his senior season for the Panthers, recording 33 tackles and returning eight punts for 105 yards. Miller is 22 and a native of Miami, FL.

The Buffalo Bills also announced that the team released CB Michael Carter.
