ORCHARD PARK, NY – The National Football League announced today that the Buffalo Bills will host the Chicago Bears for the 2010 Bills Toronto Series regular season game on Sunday, November 7, 2010.

The game will be played at 1:00 pm at Rogers Centre.

"The Chicago Bears coming to Toronto to take on the Bills is great news for Rogers Centre. It should be an exciting football season with the Bills taking on historic NFL franchises in the Colts and Bears. We are also excited to be offering our customers both a new combined pricing plan and a new seating plan for 2010 Bills Toronto Series games," said Paul Beeston, President and CEO, Rogers Sports & Entertainment.

Rogers Centre will offer a new seating plan in 2010 with reduced prices in certain sections and a new $65 seating section. Fans can purchase single game tickets for either game or, for even greater savings and benefits, fans can take advantage of a new combined pricing offer and get tickets for both games. The Bills Toronto Series enters its third season in 2010. The Bills will host the Indianapolis Colts on Thursday, August 19 at 7:30 pm in the first game of the 2010 Bills Toronto Series. The Bills Toronto Series will also include a regular season game in 2011 and a preseason and regular season game in 2012.

"We are excited about playing the Chicago Bears in this year's Bills Toronto Series regular season game," said Bills owner Ralph Wilson, Jr. "Our Toronto fans will have the opportunity to see us play against one of the most storied franchises in NFL history with Brian Urlacher anchoring the Bears defense and Jay Cutler, one of the most exciting quarterbacks in the game today, leading their offense. This game, coupled with our preseason game against the Colts, brings two very exciting opponents to the BTS."

For the Chicago Bears, this year's game will mark their first trip to Toronto and first regular season international game. The Bears have played in five international preseason games.

"Playing a regular season game in Toronto will be a great opportunity to showcase Bears football in front of a new market," said Ted Phillips, Chicago Bears President and CEO. "We have a native Canadian on our roster (Israel Idonije) so it should be a special moment for him and I know the rest of our coaches and players are excited as well. We are looking forward to the opportunity."
