The Buffalo Bills announced today a new partnership with Buffalo Athletic Club/Rochester Athletic Club. Buffalo Athletic Club/Rochester Athletic Club will be the Official Fitness Partner of the Buffalo Bills and the exclusive provider of the Buffalo Bills Workout Program.
As part of the new agreement, Buffalo Athletic Club/Rochester Athletic Club hosted a Buffalo Bills Workout Program kickoff event for over 100 Buffalo Athletic Club/ Rochester Athletic Club trainers in the Buffalo Bills Field House at Ralph Wilson Stadium. Bills running back Fred Jackson was in attendance to show his support and speak about the program. The special workout program is officially endorsed by John Allaire, Buffalo Bills head strength and conditioning coach, who gave a brief presentation and explained the workout program in detail.
The program launch coincides with the Bills first home game this Sunday, September 20th vs. Tampa Bay. In conjunction with the Bills 50th Season, the program is offered at 50% off the regular $300 value and includes eight personal training sessions (one per week) for 30 minutes each.
The workouts are customized for a beginner all the way to an elite athlete, and are available for both males and females.
The trainers that participate in the program will have the opportunity to win lunch with John Allaire at the Bills Training Facility and other great prizes.

The Buffalo Athletic Club is Western New York's premier health club. Rick Rugg and Bob Schiffhauer founded the Buffalo Athletic Club in October of 1980 based around three simple values: service, cleanliness, and owner operated facilities. Since then, the company has grown to twelve locations, expanded east to Rochester, and welcomed ten new partners. By maintaining these core ideals, the Buffalo Athletic Club continues to thrive today, putting them in a position to reach new markets and continue to develop into the future.
