FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASEThursday, May 29, 2008BUFFALO BILLS ACCEPTING REGISTRATION FORHIGH SCHOOL PLAYER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMSophomores, Juniors and Seniors Encouraged to Participate in Free Football ProgramORCHARD PARK, NY – The Buffalo Bills are searching for Western New York's motivated high school football players interested in developing their skills on and off the field to participate in the Bills High School Player Development (HSPD) program. The Bills HSPD program is free and will take place at the Bills Training Facility from July 21 – July 25, from 6:00-8:00 PM. Entering its fifth year, the Buffalo Bills HSPD program is designed to provide incoming high school sophomores, juniors and seniors a free football development program focusing on specific skill training by position from local college and high school football coaches. Participants will also take part in an academic session lead by college compliance officers. During the five day program, each participant will gain a full awareness of what it takes to become a successful high school and collegiate student-athlete, along with the resources and information to meet NCAA Clearinghouse requirements.  The program is open to students who will be sophomores, juniors or seniors as of September 2008.Registration forms are due by Monday, July 7, and are available to download at www.buffalobills.com/community.
