For the final time this season, the Buffalo Bills and ADPRO Sports have partnered to name Chad Bartosze and Terrell Cunningham as the Week 11 Coaches of the Week for the Buffalo and Rochester regions, respectively.

Each coach will receive $1,000 for their football programs and was selected for their dedication to leading their players on and off the field. The Coaches of the Year for the Buffalo and Rochester regions will be named during the Bills' Week 17 game against the New England Patriots at Highmark Stadium.

Buffalo Region

Salamanca High School's Chad Bartoszek is the Week 11 Coach of the Week after the Warriors overcame a 16-14 halftime deficit to defeat Medina in the Class C Sectional title game on Friday.

Kicker Arlen Newark took the lead in the third quarter with a field goal and quarterback Maddox Isaac found Lucas Brown later in the game for a 30-yard touchdown to extend the Warriors' lead. The Warriors won 36-23.

Bartoszek graduated from Salamanca in 1999 and played at the University of Buffalo until 2003. He served as head coach at Franklinville-Ellicottville for seven seasons beginning in 2012. They won the Section 6 title in 2015 and made it to the title game three other times.

Bartoszek was named head coach at Salamanca before the 2019 season. He has led the Warriors to two league titles and, as of this weekend, a Section 6 title.

Bartoszek's coaching philosophy is centered around instilling confidence, consistency and accountability in his players and teaching them to do things the right way on and off the field.

Bartoszek and his team spend time volunteering for the Salamanca Youth Football Program by coaching teams, running football camps and helping raise money for the program. His favorite football memory was winning the Section 6 title over the weekend.

"This last weekend will be tough to top," Bartoszek said. "This weekend was pretty special."

Rochester Region

Terrell Cunningham of Monroe High School is the Coach of the Week for the Rochester Region after his Red Jackets defeated Honeoye Falls-Lima High School 26-0 in the Section 5 title game. The Red Jackets have won each of their 10 games this season with a point differential of 476-6 with nine straight shutout wins.

Thirteen Red Jackets were named First-Team All-Stars and Monroe sports both the Class B Offensive and Defensive Players of the Year. Cunningham has been the head coach of Monroe since 2020, having served as their defensive coordinator from 2018-20. Previously, he was the head coach at UPrep Charter School from 2015-17.

Cunningham's coaching philosophy involves putting players in positions to showcase their gifts and talents and his team regularly volunteers with youth football programs. Cunningham spends time coaching and training youth in the Rochester area, going to local fields and schools for free "pop-up" training sessions.

Cunningham's favorite football memory was winning the Section 5 Championship, Western Regional Championship and playing in the NYS semifinals during his senior year of high school.
