Buffalo Bills Brownie Blitz ice cream announced

The Buffalo Bills and Western New York's Perry's Ice Cream held a press conference event Monday where they announced an exciting new flavor of ice cream called, "Buffalo Bills Brownie Blitz." The new creation is a premium French vanilla ice cream with laces of fudge and brownie pieces, all packaged in classic Bills colors. Tops Friendly Markets, another local hometown team, hosted the announcement and free ice cream sampling at their store at 2101 Elmwood Avenue in Buffalo.

Providing the scoop to the media and public were Pete Guelli, Bills vice president of business ventures, Bob Denning, Perry's president and ceo, and Frank Curci, Tops president and ceo. Billy Buffalo, Bills mascot, and Perry Winkle, Perry's mascot, were in attendance to take photos and assist with the sampling for the media and public.

Perry's Ice Cream was named, "Official Ice Cream" of the Buffalo Bills and the commemorative ice cream flavor, "Buffalo Bills Brownie Blitz" is just part of their new marketing partnership. Buffalo Bills Brownie Blitz is now available at retail locations across Western New York, including Tops Friendly Markets, Surfine Markets, Wegmans, Wilson Farms and other regional supermarkets.
