Buffalo Bills Mock Draft Watch 6.0 | 2026

No. 26 – WR Omar Cooper Jr., Indiana

Cooper is an accomplished route runner with experience in the slot and on the outside. He's dependable with great hands -- only three drops on 94 targets last season -- and the physicality to run through contact before and after the catch.

No. 26 – EDGE Keldrick Faulk, Auburn

After acquiring WR DJ Moore from the Bears, the Bills count on Faulk to provide consistent pass-rush pressure. I won't be surprised if Buffalo decides to continue bolstering the receiver room here, though.

No. 26 – LB CJ Allen, Georgia

Adding a violent, downhill linebacker should help the Bills shore up their leaky run defense. Allen's instincts, awareness and thump will set the tone for Buffalo's revamped defensive lineup.

TRADE to No. 34 (2nd round) – LB CJ Allen, Georgia

PROJECTED TRADE WITH ARIZONA CARDINALS

The Bills have a significant need at inside linebacker and still get to address it despite moving back eight spots. Allen is the second-best linebacker in my rankings; he's a physical player with good range and ability to spot drop into coverage. He added 3.5 sacks in 2025, too.

No. 26 – WR Denzel Boston, Washington

No. 26 – EDGE Cashius Howell, Texas A&M

The Bills have to get more edge-rush help and Howell can do that. He has shorter arms, but he can impact the game off the edge.

TRADE to No. 29 – EDGE Cashius Howell, Texas A&M

PROJECTED TRADE WITH CHIEFS (THIS PICK VIA RAMS)

This Bills' new-look defense could use Howell's speed off the edge. Opponents will forget all about his short arms (30 ¼ inches) when he becomes a major pass-rush factor as his rookie campaign progresses.

No. 26 – OT Kaydn Proctor, Alabama

Buffalo lost David Edwards in free agency, so some people's wish of moving Kadyn Proctor to guard comes to fruition in the short term. It also gives the Bills flexibility in the event this is Dion Dawkins' last season with the organization.

No. 26 – DT Kayden McDonald, Ohio State

Ohio State's Kayden McDonald can be the tip of the spear for the entire unit.

No. 26 – EDGE Cashius Howell, Texas A&M

The Bills already made one move to get an edge rusher in Bradley Chubb and still have Greg Rousseau on the team, but if there's one thing they still lack, it's speed, explosiveness and bend around the edge from their pass rushers. Howell changes that immediately. He tied for the quickest 10-yard split at the 2026 NFL Combine among edge rushers at 1.58 seconds. A consistent pass rush has been an issue for the Bills almost every year since Josh Allen became their quarterback. With new defensive coordinator Jim Leonhard's scheme, they have every reason to try to finally fix that problem with Howell. — Joe Buscaglia
