The Bills will be down one of their starting cornerbacks today against the Patriots.
E.J. Gaines, who entered Sunday's game as questionable, is inactive for today's game.
Gaines suffered a knee injury in last week's win against the Dolphins in the second half and did not return to the game.
He was able to practice on a limited basis this week, but it was clear he was not moving at top speed through the course of the week.
Gaines is expected to be replaced in the lineup by veteran Shareece Wright.
Wright had a successful outing in relief of Gaines last week. He intercepted Jay Cutler on his second play from scrimmage last Sunday. Fellow cornerback Lafayette Pitts will likely be on the field if New England goes to any four-receiver sets.
Other players who were listed as questionable for today's game included Kelvin Benjamin, Nick O'Leary and Kyle Williams. All three are active and will play against the Patriots.
