Frandina re-joins Bills front office

Orchard Park, NY – The Buffalo Bills announced that Joe Frandina has returned to the club as Director – Construction Management.  Frandina previously served 15 years with the Bills, most recently as Vice President of Stadium Operations, before retiring following the 2010 season.

Frandina will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the team's long-range stadium improvement planning. His previous experience with the Bills, in addition to his engineering background, made him the perfect fit for this role.

Frandina was born and raised in Buffalo and currently resides in Tonawanda with his wife Lynda.  He is a New York State Licensed Professional Engineer, a member of the University at Buffalo Engineering Alumni Association and the Erie/Niagara Chapter of the NYS Society of Professional Engineers.
