Get to know new Buffalo Bills linebacker Kaleb Elarms-Orr. The Bills selected the TCU LB in the fourth round of the 2026 NFL Draft with the 126th overall pick.
1 — Loved Bills staff and city of Buffalo during pre-draft visit
The Bills had an eye on Elarms-Orr early on in the evaluation process, bringing him in for a pre-draft visit this spring.
"I love Buffalo. I love the city. Got to meet the whole staff. Everybody was warm and welcome and this is my type of spot, for sure," Elarms-Orr said.
A do-it-all style of linebacker, the TCU product believes he can come in and make a difference in Jim Leonhard's new defensive scheme.
"[The system] definitely fits my profile. I pride myself on the versatility of my game. Just being able to be a three-phase, complete linebacker, stop the run, stop the pass and affect the quarterback. And I feel like I can bring all three of those to the city," Elarms-Orr said.
2 — One of the best linebackers in the Big 12 in 2025
Elarms-Orr had a standout 2025 during his fifth-year season at TCU, recording 130 tackles, 11 tackles for a loss, 4 sacks and 6 QB hits. That production earned him First-Team All-Big 12 Conference honors.
"I take a lot of pride in tackling. As linebackers, you can't miss a lot of tackles or at least bad plays," Elarms-Orr said. "I always just try and bring a lot of force, a lot of power into my tackles, striking with the near foot, near shoulder. And always just finish on the ball, always trying to take the ball away at all times and always trying to get the dudes down for minimal gains, always knocking dudes back."
Elarms-Orr posted a 4.47 40-yard dash time at the NFL Combine, the third fastest time among all linebackers. He measured 6-foot-2, 234 pounds.
3— What Elarms-Orr brings to Buffalo
A rising player throughout his college career, Elarms-Orr prides himself on being mentally tough and a relentless worker.
Elarms-Orr wasn't a full-time inside linebacker until 2023 and credits his development to his work ethic and leadership.
"You're gonna get someone that's a hard worker, is always trying to be around the ball, a leader and someone that you guys can count on for years and years to come," he said. "I'm a player that is very passionate about the game. Football is all I do and I'm just ready to go out there and compete at the highest level."
