Buffalo declared Devin Singletary out for the game on Friday and he's inactive today. Joining him is TE Tyler Kroft, who sustained an ankle injury in practice Thursday. The timing was unfortunate as he appeared poised to return to the lineup this week from foot surgery in the spring.
