Jags injury update

JAGS INJURY UPDATE: WR Dennis Northcutt was added to the Jaguars injury report Thursday with a back injury. He did not practice. Also WR Troy Williamson is still not practicing due to a thigh injury.

Participating fully however, was WR Jerry Porter who looks like he'll be active on Sunday after missing the opener. CB Scott Starks (pectoral), G Uche Nwaneri (knee) and DT Derek Landri (quad) all practiced fully.

Not practicing was DT John Henderson who is still out with an excused absence. C Brad Meester is out (biceps) and recently signed OL Todd Wade was limited (ankle).

As part of the NFL's long-standing tradition of supporting the military through USO trips, visits to troops, and in-stadium events, Buffalo Bills players recently filmed messages of support for members of the military as part of "The Moment of Thanks" campaign.

Bills JON BANKS; ALVIN BOWEN; MARCUS BUGGS; BRAD BUTLER; TRENT EDWARDS; STEVE JOHNSON; PAUL POSLUSZNY; JOSH REED; ROBERT ROYAL; and GEORGE WILSON taped the messages. Bills head coach DICK JAURON also offered words of support.

Thursday practice report

THURSDAY PRACTICE REPORT: Buffalo's roster is pretty healthy heading into their week 2 matchup with Jacksonville. Roscoe Parrish and John DiGiorgio were both back practicing fully after missing Wednesday's practice.

Limited in practice Thursday were Matt Murphy and John McCargo (back).

Derek Fine was dressed in pads and did some running, but did not yet participate in practice as his thumb is still not fully recovered from surgery.
