Bills kicker Rian Lindell didn't have a long field goal attempt, but his 28-yarder as time expired last Sunday lifted Buffalo to their first win over New England since Sept. 7, 2003. It also helped to earn Lindell AFC Special Teams Player of the Week honors.

Lindell also had a 42-yard field goal and four extra points in Buffalo's dramatic comeback 34-31 victory in Week 3. His game-winning kick was the 12th of Lindell's career.

This is the third time that Lindell has won AFC Special Teams Player of the Week honors in his Bills career. The last time came in Week 2 of the 2009 season.
