Marshawn Lynch- Practice

MARSHAWN LYNCH

Practice- 8/16/07

On being nervous…

I was nervous when we first ran out, but after that it kind of went away.

On the pace of the game…

It was a lot faster than I thought it would be. You think you've got it when you're out here in practice, but it's nothing like that. You can't get the game speed out here in practice.

On playingin front of a home crowd…

I'm going to let the big guys up front take care of me. It's going to be great to see the fans- this is what they've been waiting for. I've got a little trick up my sleeve or two.

If he feels pressure being the first pick for the Bills…

Not at all. We've got five other great running backs that can carry the load just as well as me. I don't at all [feel pressure].

On putting on a show…

No. I play in the guidelines of the script, so that won't be a problem.

On Anthony Thomas…

He's been like a big brother to me. When I'm in there, I kind of look, when I'm not sure what to do, I can look over my shoulder, and he'll be right there to point me in the right direction.
