McCoy up, Milano down for Bills vs. Jaguars

The Bills had both good news and bad news regarding their injury list for today's AFC Wild Card game against the Jacksonville Jaguars. LeSean McCoy will dress and start for Buffalo, but starting LB Matt Milano is inactive.

McCoy was able to recover sufficiently from an ankle injury suffered last week at Miami that had him carted off the field in the second half. He didn't practice Wednesday or Thursday, but participated on a limited basis Friday and was listed as questionable.

The Bills feature back isn't 100 percent, but McCoy said himself this week that he wouldn't play unless he could make use of his familiar cutting and darting running style.

How much of the rushing load McCoy can handle is expected to be an on-the-fly decision making process. Buffalo has Marcus Murphy and Mike Tolbert as a supporting cast for McCoy on the ground.

Milano, who suffered a hamstring injury last week, was unable to recover in time for today's game. He is inactive.

The rookie linebacker did not practice all week. He will be replaced in the starting lineup by veteran Ramon Humber, who made nine starts this season, before Milano overtook him for the starting role.

Here is the full list of Buffalo's inactive players for today's game against the Jaguars.

Conor McDermott
John Miller
Khari Lee
Brandon Reilly
Malachi Dupre
Matt Milano
Shareece Wright
