Bills cornerback Terrence McGee has joined Marcus Stroud and Andra Davis as defensive starters that won't be playing on Sunday against the Jets.
McGee had what head coach Chan Gailey described as "residual soreness" in his knee, which kept him off the practice field on Thursday and Friday.
The soreness stems from knee surgery following the Bills Week 8 game against Houston. McGee suffered the injury in Week 4 at Miami, but played for a month on the injured knee waiting until the bye week to get it taken care of.
He then missed just two games following the procedure and played up until Week 17, when a severe shoulder injury, from a mid-air collision with New England's Randy Moss, forced him to miss the season finale against Indianapolis.
This is the first game that McGee is missing this season. Leodis McKelvin is expected to start in his place at left cornerback.
Posluszny to startBills ILB Paul Posluszny is expected to start on Sunday following a two game absence due to a sprained knee suffered in the season opener. He's listed as probable.
TE Jonathan Stupar, who missed Wednesday's practice with a foot injury, practiced fully on Friday and is expected to start. He too is listed as probable.
