Moorman makes a difference

Brian Moorman, Bills All-Pro punter, punts a football like no other and makes a difference in the lives of Western New York cancer families like no other as well.

Moorman's P.U.N.T. Foundation coordinated the 3rd Annual Celebrity Wine Tasting event on October 20th at Asbury Hall in Buffalo.  All proceeds from the event will benefit Moorman's P.U.N.T. Foundation which supports families in Western New York who are affected by pediatric cancer.

Moorman and his wife Amber hosted the event and in attendance were many of his teammates including Trent Edwards, Paul Posluszny, Rian Lindell, Ryan Denney, Blake Costanzo, Melvin Fowler, Derek Schouman, Gibran Hamdan, Chris Kelsay, Kyle Williams, Derek Fine, Jason Whittle, Ryan Neill, Duke Preston, Jon Corto, John Wendling, Buffalo Sabres hockey players Tim Connolly and Derek Roy, local area sponsors and other celebrities.  The event included delicious food and great wine and provided everyone the opportunity to meet new people all in support of helping children who are battling cancer.

The P.U.N.T. Foundation relies on the backing of local companies, organizations and individuals to make a difference in the lives of children in WNY who are affected by cancer.

"When my wife Amber and I formed the P.U.N.T. Foundation, we had a vision of being able to make a difference in the lives of children faced with cancer."  After another successful event put on by the P.U.N.T. Foundation, it is evident that their vision is being realized by many families in Western New York.
